WattsUp Privacy Policy Agreement

Welcome to WattsUp ("WattsUp," "we," "us" or "our"). WattsUp is an iPhone application that calculates Watts/kg on the iPhone.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in connection with WattsUp services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
• Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").

We are committed to keeping our user’s personal information that we collect confidential, secure and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure our Users that we are committed not only to meeting, but to exceeding most existing privacy standards.

This Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to WattsUp, and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. Through the use of WattsUp you are consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

Collection of Information

The WattsUp app collects various types of information, such as:

Information you provide us directly:

• Communications between you and WattsUp. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

• We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We may collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

Device identifiers:

• When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. • A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Service. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

• provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service
• develop and test new products and features
• monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns

• automatically update the WattsUp application on your device

WattsUp does not now rent or sell your information to third parties outside WattsUp (or the group of companies of which WattsUp is a part) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy, but reserves the right to do so in the future.

WattsUp may deem it necessary to follow apps, websites and/or pages that our users may frequent in an effort to glean what types of services and/or products may be the most popular to customers or the general public.

WattsUp may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary to:

1. Remain in compliance with any decrees, laws and/or statutes or in an effort to comply with any processes which may be served upon WattsUp and/or our app;
2. Maintain, safeguard and/or preserve all the rights and/or property of WattsUp; and
3. Perform under demanding conditions in an effort to safeguard the personal safety of users of WattsUp and/or the general public.

Children Under the Age of 13

WattsUp prohibits the use of its app by children under the age of 13. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of 13, we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please send an email to wattsupclub@gmail.com stating that you wish to unsubscribe. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt out.

Links to Other Web Sites

Our app may contain links to affiliate and/or other apps and/or websites. WattsUp does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our app to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.

Security

WattsUp shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement

WattsUp reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy. We will post any changes to our website homepage and disseminate the information so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in the time we decide to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this app, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our sites. In addition, your continued use of our app following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that your are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
